European software intelligence

Software decisions,
backed by evidence.

euviq helps organisations discover European software, verify vendor and product claims against evidence, compare products on shared criteria, and evaluate them against procurement requirements — without a black-box score standing in for the decision.

How euviq works

One evidence chain, from first search to final decision.

Every stage below corresponds to a real, working part of the euviq platform — not a roadmap slide.

  1. 01
    Vendor & Product

    Discover

Structured Vendor and Product information, organised the same way across every entry.

  2. 02
    Claims & evidence

    Verify

Claims tied to evidence, provenance and euviq's own review — not the vendor's word alone.

  3. 03
    Shared criteria

    Compare

Products set against shared criteria. No hidden scoring, no automatic winner.

  4. 04
    Buyer's requirements

    Evaluate

Buyer-authored requirements checked against the evidence that actually exists.

  5. 05
    Procurement report

    Document

A procurement report built from the evaluation, ready for the audit trail.

Inside the platform

Structured, evidence-carrying, and honest about what is not yet known.

The evidence model

A claim is not automatically a fact.

Every attribute euviq shows can be traced back through this chain. Conflicting evidence stays visible rather than being averaged away, unknown is never shown as a negative result, and a fact a Product inherits from its Vendor is always marked as inherited — never mistaken for evidence about the Product itself.

  1. 01
    What is said

    Claim

A vendor's own statement about itself or a product. Recorded verbatim, never treated as fact.

  2. 02
    What is held

    Evidence

A certificate, register entry, published document or direct observation — with its own source and date.

  3. 03
    What euviq did

    Review

Whether, when and how euviq checked the evidence. Absence of review is shown, not hidden.

  4. 04
    What follows

    Verification state

Verified, evidence reviewed, vendor supplied, outdated, conflicting or unverified — never a single score.

  5. 05
    Who decides

    Buyer interpretation

The evidence and its strength, in full. The decision belongs to the organisation reading it.

Methodological transparency

No opaque trust score. No paid ranking. No automatic winner.

euviq presents evidence and the differences it produces. It does not compress that evidence into a single number, and it does not decide which product is "best" — because that decision depends on requirements only the buyer holds. A required criterion that is not met is stated as exactly that; what happens next is the buyer's decision, not euviq's.

European by design

Built for how European organisations actually buy software.

European procurement teams work across languages, jurisdictions and a market with no single dominant directory. euviq is built around that reality: structured vendor intelligence, evidence with real provenance, and a comparison model that never assumes one buyer's requirements are every buyer's requirements.

Evaluate software the way your procurement process deserves.
